These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Electronbtc regarding your use of our cold storage hardware wallets and related services.

2. Product Description and Use

2.1 Hardware Wallets

Electronbtc manufactures and sells hardware wallets designed for the secure offline storage of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and other tokenized digital assets. Our products are intended for:

• Secure generation and storage of private keys
• Offline transaction signing
• Protection against online threats and attacks
• Long-term cold storage of digital assets

2.2 Proper Use

You agree to use our products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or tamper with the hardware
• Use the products for any illegal activities
• Circumvent or disable security features
• Share or distribute firmware or proprietary software

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Security Responsibilities

As the user of our cold storage solutions, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the physical security of your hardware wallet
• Keeping your recovery phrases and PIN codes confidential
• Following all security best practices and guidelines
• Regularly updating firmware when security updates are available
• Verifying the authenticity of your device upon receipt

3.2 Backup and Recovery

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining secure backups of your recovery phrases
• Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets
• Electronbtc cannot recover lost recovery phrases or access your private keys
• We strongly recommend testing your recovery process before storing significant assets

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

4.1 Limited Warranty

Electronbtc warrants that our hardware wallets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in hardware components
• Failure of the device to perform its intended functions
• Defects in the secure element or cryptographic functions

4.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss of data or digital assets
• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions

4.3 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ELECTRONBTC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELECTRONBTC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of digital assets or cryptocurrencies
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Personal injury (except where prohibited by law)

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELECTRONBTC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Electronbtc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any third-party claims related to your use of our products

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. • You must cease all use of our proprietary software
• Provisions regarding warranties, liability, and indemnification survive termination

Electronbtc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
